So my fiancé wants to get me an engagement ring. Im personally stoked but am worried about my fat man hands. Im wondering will HRT make them less manly and more feminine, or am i screwed so to say?

I think an 11-11.5, been a while since i was fitted.
Since I'm kind of a hand fanatic, I thought I'd put in my $0.02.
An 11.5 is a pretty big ring size (Average for girls is 7, average for guys is 10.5). Weight loss can bring that down 1 to 1.5 sizes depending on how much you need to loose (judging from your picture, it's doubtful it will come below that).
Hormones won't make your hands smaller, what they will do is smooth out your skin and probably reduce the amount of hair on them.
Advice from Ashly Covington (one of the top US hand models), and some others as well.
.
1. Moisturize, Moisturize, Moisturize. (She uses olive oil, but I've found just about any hand lotion will do)
2. wear gloves, alot. Any time you do chores that involve water or manual labor, wear gloves. I never wash dishes or do yard work without them.
3. SPF. Protect your hands from the sun at all costs, either with gloves or sunscreen.
4. Remove any hair from your hands. Nothing says "man hands" like hairy knuckles.
5. buff your nails and use cuticle cream. Don't use your nails as tools.
6. If you have big hands, Don't go "bold" with the ring you get. Keep it simple. Simple "Tiffany" Solitaire, maybe a couple of side stones, not much else.
