I have had about four or five lovely responses that have gone straight through to my email address (Outlook). As you can see from the image below it says "noreply@myserver.com" yet it shows the persons email address. I have responded to them all, but I am wondering if they are even receiving my message. Any Staff member know about this?

They're notifications sent by the system when you receive a new personal message. They're not meant to be replied to, only to let you know that someone's sent you a PM on the forums. You have the option selected in your profile. Don't reply to the "noreply@myserver.com" because I don't think anything will happen.
This is a little bit different. I don't seem to have their message in "My Messages" on here. So I cannot seem to respond to them. I reply to their email address yet no luck.
It's odd that you don't have the original message in your inbox. That's what the feature is designed for. Maybe it's on a different page? Are these emails from people you sent PM's to? This feature is built in across all SMF forum software so if you're registered on more than Susan's, and have the same option enabled, it may be from a different site?
With regard to the email address, the one given in the email is the one they use with their account here. It doesn't necessarily mean that's the one they check day to day, only that they registered with it.

I am positive they are replying to my message that I had sent them on here, but for whatever reason it comes through as if they have sent me an email from their email, rather than a automatic notification by the forums.

Maybe I could ask here whose email addresses these are.
If it was an Email from them, their email address would show. If it is the automatic email you have checked in your profile, it would include the message and Would Not have their email address as it was not an email, but a Copy of their PM sent by Susan's Place.
You are Not missing their email address, why it isn't showing up in your My Messages is a different matter.
they are likely sending you an email using the software that is on Susan's rather than a regular email client so that it looks like it comes from here but with their email address in there with Susan's being some sort of proxy. clicking on your little email thingy below your avatar takes you to that send an email page.
They could possibly be confusing that feature with the regular pm feature when sending if they don't identify themselves.

Yeah, that makes sense, they might be sending me an email as a mistake rather than a personal message Dx
Edit; I still would like to know who sent me a message so I could respond rather than have them think I am ignoring them :/. Is it possible for a moderator to look up email addresses to usernames if I give them these four email addresses?
Ok, I just had Devlyn send me a Test Email from Susans, by clicking on my Envelope. Here are the results:
Test email
From Devlynmarie@susans.org
To sarahlouise@susans.org

He just can't figure out which usernames here match the emails they are coming from. Other people don't have susan.org emails like you two are using, so they could be vastly different from their username.
Fine, you send me a test email to the sarahlouise@susans.org and I will post the results.
Send it from the Envelope under my name not from your personal email software.
Email sent >.<

After checking the SMF documentation, it seems the 'noreply...' email address is the default setting for notifications or emails sent through SMF forum software. The member's email address is required to be filled in on the form, so that's why it shows up in yours.
So it appears your email was sent through the forum software from people here. In answer to your question, yes it is possible to match the two. That's better done through PM, though, since members sometimes opt to hide their email addresses.
Did you send that email through Susan's or your private email
Private mail.
What I wanted to test was an email sent through Susans.

You don't have the email option enabled on here
Two of the three addresses you sent me track back to members, the third one does not.
I will not share their names without their direct permission, or an OK from Susan.

I will PM those two individuals and ask them to contact you directly.
I have gotten emails from other members here in the past, and Devlyn used that option when she sent me the test email earlier.
A PM has been sent to both members, it is up to them to follow up.
Thanks. The last one may have been spelt wrong, I shall check.
Third PM sent.
Much appreciated Sarah.
