Okay, so I have a weird question about Fat distribution, I'm skinny for my age, but I am always worried about my legs.
Weird, Right?
Well, anyways, I always notice that all of my body fat seems to go right through me and down to my legs.
Seriously.
So my question, How do I burn fat, without building muscle, or without building too much muscle (if it all turns to muscle, then it would be weird)
Does this even make sense?
It does to me, if you need clarification, then tell me, but I should have gone to sleep hours ago. First day of school tomorrow. Freaking out.
:/
Legs is where fat is supposed to, regardless of sex. (Females have more and all the way around the legs and pelvis, males carry it in butt, love handles and groin.)
It takes a quite lot of extra muscle to be visible, especially if your metabolism is dominated by female hormones. You can probably look into interval training and high weight, low repetition strength - both will make you burn fat as you sleep.
Actually, endurance training will strip your body down to nothing, but the side effects may not be worth it and it's a bunch of work. Same for caloric restriction. Both can activate the starvation response, which makes you fat and sick!
Healthy diet, with plenty of protein, healthy fat, not too much carbohydrate.
