Just wanted to check in an let everyone know i'm still alive.
My FFS with Dr. Mayer went perfectly and i'm back home healing. No pics yet because I still look like I got beat up. I'm extremely satisfied with the results even so soon after surgery. I'll probably have a more in depth post about it when i'm more healed and not so exhausted. ;D
Glad it went well! Get your rest girl. You're going to be fabulous.
Hip hip hooray!
:) :) :) Super!!!!! :) :) :)
Thanks for the update! Your posts are always so thorough and well thought out. Can't wait to hear how it went!
Congrats! :)
Glad to hear things are going well
You looked great before. I can't wait to see the improvements.
Hard to imagine you being more attractive than before :)
Heal quickly sweetie!!
Good for you :-) :-)
Congratulations.
Congrats! Can't wait to see pics! :D
Congrats Joan of Arc! I hope the surgery is everything you hoped for and more. You certainly deserve it--even if you don't need it. But as trans women, we should pursue whatever helps us become more comfortable. We've been uncomfortable long enough. I'm sure you will look great. I'm thinking we'll be seeing a little Audrey TauTou in you.
Thanks girls.
I should have waited a little longer to have the surgery....
....this look would have made a bomb ass Halloween costume. ;D

Congrats. And it's nice your humor is above the discomfort. :)

Do You still look like You have been hit by bus? :)
No, the worst part is the bruising around the eyes which makes me look like a ghoul or something.
But you are a ghoul ;)
Someday we should all have a ghouls night out for fun!
I'm glad that you had your FFS, but not because you needed it physically. I never saw it. However, your psyche will benefit greatly, because you saw flaws lots of us didn't, and they won't be there glaring at you in the mirror when you start living full time. That's what I want to hear about even more. I think you're really going to love living as the woman you've always been. There are few things in my life I'm really proud of, but successfully living in the gender I was meant to be is the most rewarding thing I've ever done, physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. I hope it will be the same for you...I think it will. God bless you, Joan of Arc. Mira
