Before I started HRT, I remember reading a thread or two about how one's nips won't change much on estrogen...
Well I was looking at mine the other day, and realized they had changed! They were about 3/4" (~20mm) before HRT, and almost leathery in texture and color. Now they are very silky-delicate, and about 1.5" (37mm) diameter.
We won't mention the sensitivity increase, but yeah that too. But it was the size which wasn't supposed to change much, yet it has (for me, at least).
Anyone else have changes? Or none?
I have not done HRT yet but according to what I have read some girls experience vary little change and others experience some significant changes. Why some and not others? Don't know but if you are familiar with the concept of a bell curve, I am sure the the amount of change and the number of people will be a bell curve.

I haven't measured mine but I can tell you they have gotten bigger and definitely feel a lot different now. And you may not mention breast sensitivity but I will they are way more sensitive in a very good way and I'll leave it at that. ;)
My nipple question/query/quandry is this:
I had a ring in my right nipple about a decade ago. Since then, that nipple has been visibly larger than the other one. The hole has long since grown over, but there's a fair amount of scar tissue where the piercing used to be. :(
When I start HRT, will that create awkward/uneven growth? I'm a little concerned. :-\

I am going to call COMPLETE shenanigans on whoever said such a thing. I've been taking pictures of myself bare-chested from the EXACT same angle every 4 weeks or so since the very beginning of HRT, and comparing my pre-hormone picture to my most recent picture at 30 weeks on HRT, to my eyes they look like they've almost doubled in size.
Okay, in fact here's an official measurement. I'm going to crop the picture of my right nipple in a photo editor to see what the size comparison is...
Pre-hormones picture: 109 pixels X 100 pixels
30 weeks HRT picture: 157 pixels X 156 pixels
So there you have it. Their area has gotten a whopping 2.25 times bigger since starting HRT.
(Can't post the pictures here due to the whole indecency issue, otherwise, trust me, I would.)
They started getting noticeably bigger around the week 17-18 mark, and have been growing at a steady pace ever since.
Mine always too puffy to see how much they have changed. But I had thick nipples before hand. But when they aren't puffy they def changed. They are like eraser tips now. I'm hoping for a little more and some more changes in areola (also too puffy to see how much they've changed.) The one thing is up until a couple days ago they weren't very sensitive. Now they are and they are a source of pleasure.
Mine got bigger
Over the course of hrt, mine swelled and after while they looked like a female nipples. The area around the nipple also increased in size.
If you compare my nipples to that of a woman, you will see no difference
In male mode long before HRT I had 3/4" barbells in both nipples, now after HRT and other modifications the barbells had to be swapped for longer ones 1.5" OH and my piercings are more in the areola rather then the protruding nipple part.
Pretty sure nipples are supposed to change, albeit not to the extent that it statistically does in other women. If they don't, then there's probably something wrong somewhere.

Yeah, when "relaxed" they're almost like silk and very flat...but when they get...errr...excited...they shrink "around" a little, but then poke out a bit more. And they can hurt just a little if they get too poky, like when it's cold. But, warm hands = comfort.

Uh huh - I was thinking how the hell You could have 20mm nipple BEFORE the HRT :P. Anyway, even after the HRT that would be like... 2 cm? :P HUGE!
My areolas have certainly chainged in size - I would size, about 50% increase at the moment.
I will quote former State Department official Will McCants and proclaim those who deny nipple changes are indeed "crazy pants" (yeah the original quote is from an entirely different context/subject and all but he did say we could quote him and I've been wanting to use it for a while). :D
Seriously, I have no idea how anyone could deny this. I've been on hrt for almost 3 months (I think), and my breasts have gone through major changes. My nipples alone have gone through a radical transformation. I just wish it wasn't quite so achy at times. In any event, yeah your crazy pants if you deny this. ;)

Don't worry, it will even out and look natural in the end. Your not going to have nipples that look like Pinnochio's nose or something,lol.

YES!!!! Perfect logic. (Bell curve = normal population distribution)
Mine are close to double in diameter after 7 months HRT.
Mine have always been long and pokie with not much areola at all, and this is non HRT...I always wonder what they are going to do when I get that going.
Trust me, this was always awkward growing up in boy mode!

My areolae are somewhere around 2" when not chilled. Seems to be about 2x growth. The nipples themselves basically flatten into the breast. Sometimes in the cold or ... Other times ... they kinda scrunch up and make little cones; other times they look more like erasers sitting on the relatively unmoved areolae.
