Its my partners first week on HrT and I couldn't be more excited! Its been years in the making and I'm so happy shes finally taking this step. Apart from a scary spike in blood pressure (which we were warned could happen) everything seems good.
She started feeling tender in the chest area almost right away (she naturally has a medium A cup) and so I was sent to the store first thing in the morning for a sports bra. ;D I'm so curious to see how HrT will affect her and when things will start to change. Her skin is already so much softer, as well as her body hair, and its only been 4 days.
I didn't think anything would happen this fast but I wonder about her chromosomal makeup. We know via her doctor that shes naturally low T. She never developed an adams apple, which I guess isn't so uncommon, her voice is naturally about as high as a females, and while not at all over weight she does have small breasts.
Shes very naturally feminine in her posture and how she moves as well, so I'm hoping she wont have too hard a time passing when she starts feeling comfortable dressing as a female. (Its silly, but we actually tested it once years ago with a wig and makeup at the mall, and she passed until the 5 o'clock shadow set in, as far as we knew.)
Anyway, I don't have anything really important to say, just that I'm excited and I wanted to share. God its so weird to think that its finally happening, almost makes me want to cry. =')

Yay! I'm so happy for you! If all goes well, my wife starts her HrT next month! I can't wait! :D
Woot! Every step in a victory no matter how big or small. We're nearly 3 weeks in to the HRT. She hasn't seen as much different yet. I'm assuming because she's just on Estrogen and not on Sprio yet. The biggest thing is in the attitude. She is so much more smiley then ever before. Congrats to you both!
