Was browsing online on the different forms of T, and saw on a forum regarding clitoral enlargement where some people were injecting testosterone or administering drops into the clitoris in order to achieve clitoromegaly. Has anyone done this before and is it safe?

Anyone who can even imagine doing this without cringing has got some serious balls.
I've never heard of this before and I don't want to hear of it haha. It makes me cringe to the earth and back. Fair play to anybody who is willing to have that done though, I know I wouldn't be able to for a fact.
Applying cream to the area, yes...I've heard of that. Injecting, not so much.
Creams, i've heard of that being done but injections, that sounds incredibly dangerous. If you're considering doing this definitely see a dr first.
Yikes!!! I tried putting the cream on it. It sort of was irritating, even though it's not alcohol (well there could be some actually).
Scary thought. This is an intramuscular shot (or perhaps subQ). Kind of makes me ill thinking about actually.
--Jay
it sounds incredibly painful. only for extreme masochists or very desperate people. if it can be done safely.
i'd rather go for a cream if i got to the point of transition.
Since it is intramuscular (or subQ) I doubt seriously that any doctor is recommending this. The cream is a bit more vague. The pharmacist will tell you but it basically gets sucked in via skin so wherever the skin is. I think that Androgel says not to put it certain places and genitals are one. But Androgel has an alcohol base, would sting like crazy.
--Jay
The only thing I have heard of is DHT cream. Androgel would for sure put you in a lot of pain...and as for the needle...*shudder* No. lol
Hey there,
I remember reading something about this many years back. I think that any growth people are getting is simply from their genitals being filled with liquid and maybe from their bodies absorbing testosterone. I am not entirely sure but I doubt there are any beneifits that wouldnt come from simply taking testosterone as directed.
I can't think of a single person who would put a needle in their primary sex organ. I'd definitely make it a point to ask a professional before I committed to any action related to medical issues.
I would never stick a needle in there. No way, no how. However, after I inject in my thigh I sometimes unscrew the needle after injection, push up the few drops that get stuck in the vial, and apply it topically to that area. Does it increase my size anymore than it would if I didn't do it? I don't know but might as well do it instead of throwing it away. I've never had any side effects from doing so but if anyone else is thinking of doing the same it's at your own risk.
The cringing oh the cringing!
The fact my body says no means hell no!! NO one should ever do that >.>
Injecting directly into the clitoris sounds like the worst idea ever.

Lol it really does. It kinda sounds like the whole theory about putting hair cream on your face
Worse actually. LOL

Eep! Sounds painful. I second all the stuff about creams. I've also heard of folks who, when they have a little leftover in their vial (but not enough for a full dose) will rub that extra on their clit (or whatever word you prefer!). I can't say whether it works or not (seems iffy since it's not intended to absorb through skin), but I've heard of it!
This reminds me of True Blood where the redneck brother gets vampire blood from the gay black man, drinks it all and gets a massive hard on which ends in going to a hospital and a doctor says he's going to have to aspirate...that is, stick a needle in his dick.
I hope someone else has seen that besides me because it was hilarious. Oh yeah, and no. Injecting fluid there seems like it might be even more painful than just the needle.
Oh dear cringe.
I did read of a (cis) man in the USA who injected cocaine into his penis to improve sensitivity and prolong his erections. The results was a disaster of the major order, he had massive blood clot problems and had his penis removed and both legs.
I'd stay away from such ideas!!
:icon_yikes:
I can't imagine that this would be safe or effective. If it was you'd hear a lot more about it than vague rumors and wishful thinking. I just..... ouch. That's all I have to say.
Ouch.

Ditto. The only way anyone is going near that area with a needle is if I'm under general anaesthetic. I wouldn't inject anything there if you paid me.
NOPE NOPE NOPE 0.o
I've heard of some guys rubbing leftover/spilled Testosterone on their glans for masturbation purposes. Doubt it'll do much topically.
.... I hope this needle in dick mental image goes away soon xD
I can't believe it, but we actually found one thing here that EVERYBODY agrees on (I mean against).

Seriously, no. You'd have to be insane to even consider doing that.
ALL ABOARD THE NOPE TRAIN TO FCKTHATVILLE
ew no i dont want to think about it! needles freak me out wherever they are supposed to be injected (i passed out when i had this rubella vaccine when i was 13) and injecting it to that specific place!....id be dead right after
I just imagine the needle going right through like an arrow.

:o :o :o :o :o :o
Ouch, never heard of that but I'll research and see what I come up with, I wouldn't try it though..
Never mind the insanely high nerve density, that's a bad idea. The body of the clitoris/penis fills with blood - which means it's made of a spongy network of blood vessels. Steroids are oil-soluble. Oil and blood do not mix. Drops of T solution could block blood vessels in your heart, lungs, or brain, which would be very bad.
There's a fetish out there where people inject saline into their scrotum, vulva, clit, and penis. However SALINE is not testosterone oil that's meant to be injected into a muscle or SQ.
Injecting saline has it's on severe risks, including infection, rotting, and loss of body parts. Bursting is also a very real risk with saline injections. It's my personal opinion that anyone who'd do it is crazy. Anyone who'd inject T oil into their clit probably needs to be evaluated by a mental health professional.
Iv actually heard of something similar to this, a clinical trial for a drug that made the clitoris longer. Not sure of the reason why all i remember is they shelved it after the trial because a side effect was a persistant itch on the clitoris. Why they thought people would willingly inject that part of theyre body i'll never know.
Another thing I haven't seen mentioned, is that T is suspended in oil. Injecting an oily solution into the clitoris just sounds like you're asking for an infection
*Peels eyebrows off ceiling*
Aaaaah...yeah. That's a BIG, Honkin NOPE.
First, sticking sharps down there is not on my to do list. Second, just nope.

I'm cringing not from the thought of the needle going in there, but from the thought of T being absorbed into the clitoris instantly and swelling and nerve damage and oh my god.

Well done Malachite, you managed to make that image worse than it already was...
Seriously NOPE.
Injection makes me feel uneasy too. What about T gel on the clitoris? I am still afraid to apply it on my chest let alone down there.
Holy ->-bleeped-<-, no!

I once tried to IV meth down there to see if there was any difference, (sounds like he tried to IM it or missed,) and the moment I broke the skin it felt like I'd burned my dick on the stove. I pulled straight out, said "Oh no, not doin' it," and did it in the back of my hand like usual. I can only imagine the slightest mistake on a clitoris would hurt even more considering the nerve density. Don't even think about putting needles down there.

Hey, I used to resemble that remark. :P

I'm not really sure what it means exactly but i am on the gel and the endo told me that it turns to "free testosterone" if applied to the genitals. also it would probably hurt like a mothertrucker but thats a given!

Endo's correct. Most of our 5-Alpha Reductase (Testosterone > 5a > 5a-Dihydrotestosterone) receptors are in the genitals and also in hair follicles {DHT is 100% responsible for androgenic hair activation and continued development; not T}, lesser found in the adrenals and other body tissues.
However, it will not be a huge conversion. There's a limit. Only about 6-10% of your overall free-T volume gets converted to 5a-DHT. Or, that is to say, not a hell of a lot. That's why androgenic hair takes so damn long to populate. It is a very limited resource, there is never enough to fully go around to all of the hair follicles at the same time, let alone everywhere else also. But by applying it directly to the desired areas, you kind of get to target-treat where you'd most like it to "lock on" at.
It's obviously impossible to prove it beyond the aforesaid, but I have in fact benefited from applying my T dregs directly to my beard-zone and my 'fun zone' (IM T doesn't burn). And by dregs, I mean exactly that, the dregs - the drop or two left. Never apply more than a little or you'll really screw up your dosage and that's never good. The oil gets absorbed, and therefore also, the T. It works.
Injecting oil-based anything down there is a one-way ticket to thrombosis-vill. Topical application, or be very sorry indeed.
There is no emoticon for the cringe face I'm making right now.
And yeah, thanks for the arrow image Malachite. Thanks.
