Title: Other ways
Post by: Xhianil on September 25, 2013, 11:07:06 PM
i'm sorry if i broke the terms with this post, if i did tell me and I'll take it down if you don't.

I have no way of getting any medical(legally or otherwise) or herbal way to block T or get E, i was wondering if there is anyway to, legally, do this even a tiny amount, like food.

Herbal ways are all not that effective. IIRC hops contains some phytoestrogens - this is why men drinking beer a lot can develop some breast growth if they gain weight. This is only after years of exposure though and hops is really bitter, dont know if you want to drink hops tea now. There probably are other herbal substances out there, most not very strong though and people will try to sell you extracts of them as breast growth creams and such for a lot of money. I personall dont think they are worth that kind of money and either ineffective or having little effect only.
The best bet would still be to go for actual estrogen medication and find you a doctor or therapist who will prescribe them to you. I think "shopping around" in terms of doctors and therapists and maybe asking your local TG support group may give you hints on which ones are more open to an early phase HRT and which ones are more of the "you have to wear a skirt for a year befory I give it to you"-kind.

Whats the reason? You are too young or too caught up in something? If there is no gender type speciallist in your vicinity you can try others, though suxeess with them is a bit limited or you can try to get an appointment or prescription out of town.
