Title: Changing Your Name On your Driver's License . . .
Post by: Gina Taylor on October 03, 2013, 08:29:14 AM
Yesterday I stopped at the Department For Motor Vehicles here in Florida and asked what was required for changing my name on my driver's license. The lady there was very nice and she asked me if I was going through with the surgery. I told her that I was a non-surgical transsexual, so she wasn't sure if I would be able to have my gender changed. She had told me that I would need to present my court paper verifying my name change. Has anyone needed to bring a letter from their therapist and has anyone needed to change their birth certificate?
