Does it self lubercate? I hear it varies so i thought to see how common each is.
Personally it varies a great deal.
If I am well rested, hydrated, and in good health (and avoiding coffee ::) ), it remains constantly moist.
If those conditions aren't met, it can get pretty dry.
Of course everything changes with arousal. Even on a bad day, with enough of the right kind of foreplay, I don't need help to have intercourse (as long as my partner is talented enough :o )
I generally need a little lube to get started, but then am as wet as anything. I was shocked when it started happening, which really wasn't until a year or more post-op. I'm now 5 years post and make as big a puddle on the sheets as my girlfriend (sorry for TMI!).
I can actually do a minimal amount of dilation on what I naturally produce. My surgeon used mucous tissue from the urethral extension in the penis to create my labia minora, and I can find myself going through a couple of pairs of underpants or even pads some days now at 9 months along. I would not want to have PV intercourse without help, but my dilator does go in if I have played around for several minutes before inserting it and will put up with a little bit of manipulation.
Finger crossed
