Title: Just saying Hi
Post by: sazzy on October 16, 2013, 04:25:52 PM
Just a quick intro, my name is Sarah, but my friends call me Sazzy or Saz, I'm a trans MTF, recently out and beginning my journey to finally liberate the real me. I came out to my wife 2 years ago, and she has been fantastic, we're now best friends, but also still very much a happily married couple, if anything me and her are closer and better than we ever were, she now understands why I sometimes behaved the way I did, which wasn't always good. I have 3 kids, 15, 5 and 3, which I feel is going to be the trickiest part of it all to manage, and migth limit how far I go, but we'll take it one step at a time and see what happens.

I have been out in public, in fact, the very first time I dressed fully, myself and my wife went out to the city at 4pm, had a few drinks then went to see the Ladyboys of Bancock. I even ended up on stage in front of 300 plus people having my picture taken with some of the girls. I'd say it was a baptism of fire, but in all honesty it went great, I am way more confident than I ever was as a man. I even got chatting to a few girls as I touched up my lippy in the ladies room, they didn't seem to notice really, or care...

Anyway that's enough about me, I look forward to getting to know you all

Saz xxx

Hey Sazzy welcome aboard the cruise to being out and your self.  Your confidence and optimism are a balm and tonic.  You may be interested in a recent thread here about married trans people.

Yes, for many of us our lives really do make more sense from a transgender perspective?

Have fun!

Hiya Sazzy, welcome to the house of fun!

When did you see the Ladyboys of Bangkok, was it recently?  I ask as they're on round the corner at the moment, so you maybe quite nearby to me :)

Ty ladies.

Kaylee, I saw them 28th of September at Newcastle upon Tyne. Dunno what date they finished there though. It was fab, I'd seriously recommend going if you haven't already. :)

Hi Sazzy, :icon_wave:

Welcome to our little family. Over 8049 members. That would be one heck of a family reunion.

Feel free to post your successes/failures, Hopes/dreams.  Ask questions and seek answers. Give and receive advice.

But remember we are family here, your family now. And it is always nice to have another sister. (https://www.susans.org/proxy.php?request=http%3A%2F%2Fsmileys.on-my-web.com%2Frepository%2FAnimals%2Fferret-3.gif&hash=f49e2f86761323f2abd9c33941920389dbb3b10f)
