It's getting so close! Will any other ladies be there at this time?

Not sure if i will be around. I will be out of town either the first or second week of november. But if i am around and you need anything i could pop by. I live in montreal and it is not a bad trip when it is not traffic hour.

I wish you well. You will truly enjoy the staff there.

Thank you Izzy.  I'm really nervous but even more excited.  Do you have any advice?

Just relax. It does go way easier then what our mind thinks. Make sure you are all stocked up with supplies needed and easy making foods when you get back home for at least 3 weeks. You will not be in any mood to get out and about. After the 3 weeks back home you will start to want to get out.
Also start getting into a mind set that your time with dilations will be a huge part of your day at first. After you get to the 4th month things start to settle down and after 6 months its only once a day.
Take the 4 days you have from your surgery to relax and enjoy things as much as you can, once the stent comes out dilations start and you will not have as much time to relax.

At the residence lots of prune juice will be a great idea.

Is your date of surgery the 12th or the 13th?

It will all be fine. Hugs
Izzy

Ps they do have free wireless internet at the hospital and residence.

Thanks for the advice!  It's great to know all this.  I know the road ahead will be a long one, but I am very excited.  My surgery is scheduled for the 12th.  I will arrive in Montreal on the 10th.
