Hey guys I'm starting up a blog on tumblr, Trigirl91, documenting my training for Ironman Lake Placid on 27 July 2014. An Ironman triathlon consists of a 2.4 mile swim, a 112 mile bike ride and a 26.2 mile marathon run. I competed in the race last year on my 21st birthday in just over 16 hours. I want to start a blog detailing my training, transition and how it all coincides. After a bad year which ended with a foot injury I finally got back to training yesterday with a short 2.5 mile run. I'm posting here to ask you guys what you would like to learn and see with my blog.
