So we all know i was let go yesterday...well i didn't mention this happened after a small work accident. Several people i talked to about it all said the same thing....it sounds like Walmart is trying to get out of paying my medical bills. Im really wishing i had a way to prove this right now because if i did i would try to take down one of the.largest retailers in the world.
But on a plus side i found out that as long as im on restricted duty they have to pay me.....so HAHAHA to them.
So in the end do yall think i should just drop this and go on looking for a new job once cleared to go back to work, or try to take them on for wrongful termination?
Try to find something better while you try to sue.
Thanks hun. And who ever said Walmart will fu#& me over any way possible was right.
Walmart is pure evil. Take the bastards down! >:-)
My understanding was that they couldn't let you go until after you could return to work. Oh well, that may have just been one employers interpretation.

That's what i thought too....but then again this is the same company that made me take an extended lunch break just so i didn't go into overtime.
