Very inspirational and insightful.  Sometimes, it's just as hard for others to bring up the topic, as well.

I was just going to post the same thing. I watched this yesterday and WOW! Ash is an amazing speaker with a great message.

It is a great video, she knows her stuff...

For those of us who have already left the closet we know exactly what's she's talking about ie, "Feel the fear and do it anyway!" ...And those who have yet to venture out the door, well that's still a mystery ? ? ?

French  16th century philosopher Michel de Montaigne sums it up with this quote (edited by 21st century yours truly)  ;) ;D "S/he who 'fears' s/he shall suffer- already suffers what s/he fears!"
