For those of us who are in the northern hemisphere, and who are out of the tropics, it is beginning to get chilly.
On a crisp Autumn day, is there anything better for lunch, or even dinner, the a nice bowl of soup and a sandwich?
I think my favorite pairing is a nice thick cream of potato and a grilled Cheddar cheese on wheat bread.
What is you favorite?
Can I just put the soup into a breadbowl and call it a sandwich? :laugh:
Personally, I like a roast beef on rye with a cup of broccoli and cheese soup.
