Hey there! I'm currently in transition (MTF) and I was wondering who and where some good surgeons for SRS might be? I want to pay top dollar for my surgery to assure the best results possible. If you have any suggestions, I'd really appreciate it!

Hi Lauren, welcome to Susan's. There is a lot of good info in Susan's wiki. I'm sure you will see more answers however.
Id like to know about good surgeons, too, Lauren, for a cosmetic revision surgery. Just a helpful link here, but please don't take it as being an exhaustive list of all GRS/SRS surgeons out there. It isn't. But it is a good place to start: Link: http://www.tssurgeryguide.com/
There are a number of surgeons that are well known for doing srs. I really don't think that paying top dollar is necessarily part of the quotient but if you do be my guest.
I never endorse any doctor. What I tell people is as long as you go to one of the well known doctors that do the surgery very often you are likely to be happy with the results. The one thing is I paid less than half of what American doctors charge and all is well for me.
