I don't know what I've been saying before, but doing that math I've been on E for about 3 months now, Spiro for about 5.
I've noticed absolutely significant changes in my body measurements, not sure why. I even had to re-measure 5 or 6 times.
I'm now at 30 (bust)-26 (waist)- 36 (hips)
I looked up what my body type was, and at the moment I am a pear or bell shape. Looking in the mirror, my hips do appear to stick out quite a bit more than I'm used to. I've also noticed my waist has significantly gone 'concave' which it always has been slightly, but it's far more noticeable now. I've also lost a lot of appetite. (by that I mean I now eat NORMAL proportions. :P) I've also lost about 8 lbs of weight. I haven't had too much breast growth, but there are definitely noticeable mounds enough so that you could call them boobs. All in all, I feel like I'm pretty happy with my current proportions. I thought I'd have trouble being 5 11 in the body area!
Psychologically, I've noticed I've become a bit more calm, not as calm as when I first stated E. But definitely more stable and less up and down. I've also noticed I've gained some of my motivation and energy back, I had lost it in significant amounts when I started Spiro. All in all, I feel WAY more happy and way more stable.
I've also, the reason for my small absence for the last half a month- a month, have come out to my family and very soon, to the world. I'm also about to move to an apartment with my boyfriend in the very near future.
Thank you Susan's for being here for people like me, and thank you to the community here, for being helpful and supportive.
Love you all! <3

Congrats on the progress with your hrt and for coming out! Also, I'm glad to here things are going well with you and your boyfriend. It sounds like things are going well. :)
It seems that you are doing well.
I'm about 3 months on E with pills, recently changed to patches & spiro. It seems I have most of the same emotions that you have. However I'm a big girl I guess, 5'9" & 190 pounds right now. My breasts have moved forward quite a bit, my nipples some days are very sore to the touch of anything & the size of my breasts has increased. So I think soon you will see & feel some breast growth.
Good luck girl friend. Thanks for your post.
Congrats at building a wonderful new life :)!! I hope everything continues to work out well for you.
Wow! Those changes you've experienced sound SO exciting!! Can't wait to start hrt myself!!!
