Hey guys, girls, and nothings (me),
I was wondering if there is a good resource for jobs within an organization that works on behalf of the GLBTIQ(etc) community. I'm goofing around a little with my phrasing here, but really I am very curious about opportunities that pay. I'm not asking anyone here for a job. I'm just trying to gather some info.
I'm not a greedhead so I'm not thinking about becoming rich. Sometimes, I just wonder if there is a place I can put my gifts to good use, make a difference, and support myself.
It also occurred to me that others here might have an interest in this too.
I'm going to look around a little bit and see what I can find. If I find any useful resources, I'll post them. If they are really good resources, I'll see about putting them on Susan's resources list.
I just get tired of working for "the man" performing a fairly meaningless job. I also keep thinking how beautiful and fulfilling it would be to work with others who are like myself.
Is it just a dream? If so, please don't tell me.
