Title: Hip opening exercices
Post by: ganjina on November 21, 2013, 04:21:23 PM
Hey girls,

Has anyone got nice stretching/yoga routines/thoughts for hips?

Talking with a few health professionals related to tendon and bones fusion (I don't know the name of those specialties in English), it would seem that hip bones do not necessarily fuse until your 30s or 40s... and they may (or may not, your mileage may vary) still open up and grow in your 20s... so I thought why not try some routines and see what happens... what's the worst thing that could happen? Feeling healthier and more relaxed?

Thanks for the input!

Funny you should mention that. I recently found a list of hip opening yoga exercises (http://www.yogajournal.com/practice/2753), that I've been doing every morning for the past few weeks. No idea if they actually work, but it can't hurt, right? ;)

Thanks a lot! This stuff has been good to kill the stress and pain if nothing else... maybe something more?
Cheers

Darn seems like I missed the mile marker, but most say I look like I am in my 20's even though this year I just turned 30.

Going add these to my daily exercises and see if they help.

Been doing squats and situps recently to see if I can thin my waist some.
