Title: thinking of doing something else to do with my hair though not sure if i can

i wish i cud upload a pic,but ive been wearing a type of wig my friend made me, its really just a short hairstyle,i was getting tired of buzzcuts after a while,but my hair has always been pretty short,due to the fact that i have trichotillomania~its like an obsessive hair pulling thing,but i havent pulled a month since i had extensions but my hair has grown quite much except for two spots on the back of my head that have been getting damaged for years,the glue on the extensions wears in about a month,but i want to be able tou use my natural hair,not sure what to do to cover the bald patch

How big are the bald spots?  Is it possible that once you get past that awkward growing out stage they will be able to be covered up with your own hair?
