Hello, I'm going by Alex or Alexxi on this site, and I'm nineteen. In a relationship and non-binary/genderqueer-identified, particularly as partly a girl/woman and as partially neutrois or agender (I'm confused about that last part). I'm interested in gender, of course, and sociology and psychology.
Oh, and I was assigned female at birth, and am non-transitioning as of yet, but have considered going on testesterone and getting surgeries to "masculinize" myself; however, I am p. much in NO way masc., I am extremely femme, and like... could I even pass as a man?!
Ugh, anyway. I joined this site as I'm really dysphoric, and want a place to express these thoughts/feelings, get them out, and maybe also get some advice.
Hello everyone! (While I'm here, I noticed some - most? - people have their gender underneath their names, how do I do that?)
Hi Alexxi and welcome to our family here at Susan's. I'm sure you'll find lots of excellent information and lots of excellent people to meet once you start posting.
*HUGS*

Hi Alex, welcome to Susan's Place! I live near Boston, and I'm glad you found the site. You can click Profile/modify profile/forum profile to select a gender marker, although you may need fifteen posts for that. Fifteen is easy, just follow me around!
Hugs, Devlyn

Welcome! You're in good company on this site. I'm certain you will find a number of answers to any questions you may have, and more people like you than you ever knew existed. :)

Hormones can do wonderful things, if that is the route you to take. There are many extremely effeminate CIS-men in the world. As I'm certain others will tell you, the path towards becoming happy with yourself (including transitioning if that is what you need to do) begins, often, with talking to a gender therapist, a psychologist or therapist who specializes in gender issues. They can help you understand your options and work with you to find the path you need to be on.

You are *definitely* in the right place for that. :)

I believe you get the option to do that (and to upload an avatar pic) after you reach fifteen posts... you also get the option to send private messages at that point. It's one of those hoops you go through to prove you're a serious member of the site and not some spammer.
Congratulations and welcome to my home on the web... I hope you will make it your home, too! :)
