Title: using vaginal dilators
Post by: anmie on December 18, 2013, 02:18:39 PM
Hi to everyone
I am new to this forum :)
I have a question. My doctor said that i have vaginismus and she gave me to use some dilators(pediatric dilators).Started using the smallest one but iam not able to insert it completly

I think iam inserting them in a wrong direction(always inserting downwards).I always try to insert upwards but finaly it is going downwards.
In which direction should i insert it, is it upor down? :(

Thanks in advance :)

With a neo vigina we start in a slight downwards direction then change the angle parallel with ones body.

Once it starts past the PC muscle it kinda will go in the way it needs to go with out forcing in any direction.

Hope it helps some, Oh lots of lube lol.

Are you a natal female?  Vaginismus per se is a natal female condition and uses different dilators from what a person with a Neo Vagina would use.  While Mind Is Quiet Now has given a good description of what to do for Transsexual Post Op dilators, they are different from what natal females are given.  Call your doctor and see if they or a nurse can bring you into the office and give you help on using them.  You will be better off.
