So I started HRT not too long ago, but I'm starting to feeling less motivated and more depressed - also I constantly struggle with anxiety... I've heard to low testosterone can cause all such symptoms so I was wondering how do people manage this? It is such a dilemma as I am definitely sure I am transgendered and wish to transition but yet at the same time, I'm so fearful of not having testosterone in my system because it'll make me so depressed.
The only symptom that has emerged really is being tired on less sleep(not even really a lack of energy), I have plenty of cardio endurance with a T level of "4" recently.
