I'm approaching my 1 year HRT mark, which is around the time I wanted to hold off on any FFS evaluations and consultations. For now, I'll refrain from describing what I think is needed, as well as from posting my (self-made) VFFS comparison.
Bottoms up- here goes!

First, so brave to put it out there like this. You must be really confident already. Honestly the only things that hit me right off were chin and nose. I think everything else is just minor and whether YOU think anymore changes are necessary is up to you. As for me, I will be lucky if they ever come up with total head transplants! You look very good right now.
I fully agree with Jessica, you look very good already and the only obvious things from your photos are a somewhat strong nose (but plenty of cis-females have strong noses too) and some chin cleft which is effectively a typically masculine facial feature but relatively easy to have corrected.
The photos are actually too small to say anything useful about your forehead but for your information, an upright forehead which rounds off nicely as it approaches the hairline is one of the most effective facial gender markers that exist, that plus an open angle between the forehead and the nose.
For this reason alone, if you were to seriously consider FFS and for me it is far from obvious that it is necessary given how good you already look, doing the forehead along with the nose might be worth considering.
FFS is a big investment though and if you think about it a bit, there might be much better opportunities to invest that capital elsewhere.

Donna- I definitely hear what you're saying about considering surgincal (or non-surgical) investments. It's part of why I wanted to wait a year before I even considered anything- the idea being hey, if I saved for the works and only need minimal procedures, then that's all money that could go towards GCS, down payment on a house, invest in my business...maybe even a boat! :p
And to your evaluation, it's pretty spot on to what I was considering, though my chin doesn't really give me any active grief. I've long hated my brow bump, even though it's only mostly visible in my profile. But the shadow it casts between my eyes keeps me anxious that I don't pass. And my nose...woof. I keep telling myself it's a family trait, but it's something I'd love to have work on.

It looks a little wonk around between the eyes- I'm not as skilled with Photoshop, but wanted to give an idea what that lack of brow shadow could look like.

First off you already look pretty good no matter what you decide to do.
I'd say a small brow lift, a slight nose job to the sides and maybe the tip, also slight chin work to fix the clef. Otherwise your fine and should consider yourself very lucky. To me you'll only need minimal work which should be a breeze.
