Has anyone else noticed the bottom of their feet peeling after starting hrt? It's like the rougher skin is peeling away to leave more softer skin underneath. Just curious if I'm a wierd one. ;)
Not an expert on this I haven't even started yet but I think the skin is supposed to peel away all over, at least that's what I heard.

Thanks. I just wanted to make sure I wasn't wierd or something, lol! ;)
If this started happening to me without warning, i would have freaked. Lol

Oh it doesn't hurt or nothing. It's clearly dead skin peeling off especially around the bottom of my heels, lol! I kind of like it as it's the first sign of my body beginning to change for the better! ;)
Can't say it happened to me but the soles of my feet were fairly smooth to begin with...
Yes, yes the crap is happening. I didn't think it was HRT though. Somehow I thought it was just my weird feet.
I chalked it up to a changing my diet, doing a lot of walking. And it was months after starting HRT. That was 5 years ago. It still happens.
My money is on the 6 mile walks
Huh... that's a new one. I haven't heard of that.
Thanks for posting. This is a good heads up for me... I had severe skin peeling when I was a child due to an intolerance to amines... If this starts happening on HRT it won't suddenly freak me out that my amine intolerance has worsened. Nice one!
Hmmm.. I like it. Shedding old me. Nice.
I've been told there will be alot of suprises, I guess this one's my first! Like I said it doesn't hurt or anything as it's clearly dead skin peeling away to reveal softer skin underneath.
