Title: Facebook Friendship
Post by: aucoraborealis on January 09, 2014, 10:31:39 PM
Not sure if this is appropriate, or even allowed, but being the introvert I am I much prefer forming a friendship with one or two people instead of trying to fit into a group (in this case, forums and chat rooms).

I have a couple real-life trans friends, but none of my friends are androgynes. It would be fan-freaking-tastic to become friends with a fellow androgyne who has recently started HRT, or is about to. This next part might seem stuck up, but I'd like to meet someone in the same age bracket as me (twenties). I'm a happy person with a love for photography and design and just want someone like-minded to talk to about our "transitions" or life in general. Light-hearted banter and gender talk really.

If anyone is interested, send me a private message.

If you wish, you can modify your forum profile to include an icon link to your FaceBook page.

Thank you for the suggestion, Jamie. I guess I'm not terribly keen on leaving my Facebook address out there for anyone to grab.

Get another email address, and open an account using the same name you use here, or one you think you'll like to use for awhile.
I can be found there, as well as others.
You just may find what your looking for.
Pick and choose friends, block those you need to or wish to.
There is some carry over between the two places, but I believe that separation will be respected.
FB can be a good place to find just about any personality you can think of.
It's not as refined as Susan's, but it is another avenue to find friends you may not find here.
