I placed an order with RM a few months ago and I've emailed them on Dec 20th then again
Jan 9th and haven't received a reply yet. Has anyone emailed them and gotten a reply back?
I'm getting anxious about my order ???
Really odd imo. I never had any trouble with that company. Many replies back from them but they don't, afaik, email before they mail something.
Have they charged you?

I've never had an issue with them either. I ordered in August so everything's paid for. And there's nothing on their website to indicate a back up so idk. I'm not upset just wish I'd get a response ya know.
Maybe you just got lost somehow. Perhaps write a NEW email, different subject line, expressing your concerns.
I just haven't ever heard of this from RM. Do you know if they actually *charged* you, not if you have paid-- if your credit card has actually been charged?

Yes it was charged. The money was taken from my bank acct and is still on my bank statement using Paypal for Reelmagik. I am going to send a new email. This isn't like them at all. BUT I have read a review on HERE about a guy ordering around the same time as me (different year) and emailing them around the same time and not getting a response back. My last response from them was on Dec 3rd regarding a shipping address change so I'm almost sure my order isn't lost. Just wish I knew if anybody heard from them..
I think Jesse does just about everything so if he gets backlogged well he is really backlogged.
I have heard of people getting their "junk" late ,esp around Halloween, though not Halloween. So perhaps he is out of town.

Could be a possibility. I emailed them asking for my current order status so hopefully
that works. I want to make another purchase but I'll wait until I get a response first.
