Kia Ora Henry,

Many thanks for posting this ....Her talk rang a bell with me and my upbringing in the UK (one black parent Jamaican father one white parent English mother) and the identity crisis I went through, not to mention the gender issues I also faced...

There's no doubt that she's truly "awareness" of what 'is' and her fluency of the topic makes her a gifted orator ...

Thanks again Henry for the 'accident' ....There's definitely a Buddhist (I should say)  "Anatta" Eastern philsophical ring to it....

*I also like the "atheistic" aspect of her talk where there's no mention of religious affiliation nor revelation of any religious/spiritual kind-just her 'self's understanding of the 'self' *
