"Most people are so worried about their own life problems that they don't even notice much of what is going on around them, much less look to determine who is what."
I've kept that thought with me ever since I first read it many years ago. It can give one strength at times when most needed. It did for me, at least.
Peace
yeah, most people don't care.
I have found that so true. Most people don't care. It's only when someone starts blabbing about things that are not true. That is when people listen, to the garbage. If you cause problems then they are going to take notice, I have always just gone with the flow and I seem to get what I want. I have not had any problems, any where I go.

Got to admit that a certain kind of self-centredness is one of my favourite characteristics. I feel a bit scared about anyone who is too interested in the actions of others. I think it encourages manipulation.
eh... huh... .
did you say something?

Yes Ellen you are quite rght. We worry so much about if we make a good impression or not and no one notices us anyway....
Please do not interpret what I am about to say as self aggrandizement, or that I need to prove to myself, by what write here, how good and/or important I am. I truly do not see myself in these terms. Now that I have said this, I need to say:
I care.
[/b]
I care profoundly about the suffering and struggles of others, you included, to a point that it defines my existence. How I sever my own needs is by serving the needs of others first. I can only succeed when I have help others succeed, I can only find happiness and joy when I have helped other discover happiness and joy, I am only able to find love and pleasure when I have help other find love and please. Life is empty and ugly, if not for the opportunity to care, love, and help others. I need to love and be loved very much. I care.

It is better to love than to be loved.
