Title: One of the first posts from the effeminate body builder
Post by: Sparks on January 24, 2014, 02:58:06 PM
Hello all, I am very new here and after making my intro I thought this would be a good place to contribute as fitness is among my biggest hobbies. (If you care to know about the others feel free to ask). I consider myself as an effeminate male/ androgyne who is looking to explore and express a long-pent up feminine side. I thought that my experience might be useful in general but particularly for the ftm individuals or anyone looking to improve their health. If anyone is curious about really effective workouts,  advice on supplements ( the safe, responsible, and legal variety), or anything of that nature,  feel free to post. This could be a fun dialogue for people to get to know me and for me to know you.  :)

Hi there~!

I'm very interested in fitness as well.

Did you ever compete as a bodybuilder?  Were you 100% natural?

I never completed,  but I have always been 100% natural. I consider protein, CLA, and such to still fall in to that category
