Right now, I get a shot every week. However, a day or two before "shot day," I'm always fatigued and a little irritable. On the other hand, I'm energetic and in great spirits the rest of the week. So I've been considering doing two shots per week as opposed to one, and just splitting up the dosage. My doctor said it's fine but that it may or may not help.
However, I hate needles and I'd rather not bother with that if it's not going to help. So my question is, does anyone else here do this? Did it improve your mood and energy level?
Mine are once a week but were every other week.

I used to feel crazy highs and lows when I was bi-weekly ( 2 shots a month) Intramuscular but for the past month I switched to SubQ shots and that all went away at least for me! I hate needles too but the ones they use for SubQ are sooo small in comparison to the huge looking IM ones. Talk to your doctor about that as an option maybe?
