Title: Body and breast development on HRT
Post by: jussmoi4nao on February 14, 2014, 01:17:11 PM
Heyy everyone, so I just had a "wow, look how far ivecome moment" cuz I realized how much my body has developed over time. I always had a pretty feminine shape and such (and a tiny amount of gynecomastia, even when I had a BMI of 17.0 or less) but HRT seems to have really helped.

I was on for 4 months, then off for 2, and now bag on for 3. This is the result thus far. No padding except a small amount built into my bra. Hope its not too risque xD

I've been a bit down so it helps to have confidence boosters. Anyways just thought i'd share what hormones have done so far. I recently got some dramatic breast growth which was a surprise and kinda threw me. My momis 42 DDD and I think my sister is either 34 or 36 C, bordering on D soo. My mom is heavy but my sister is fairly thin, so iguess its the robust italian genes :o

Wow, I would kill for your waist to hip ratio. That is absolutely amazing. How did the hormones help with that, and did you do any exercises to help that along?

I think it helped that I was severely underweight when I started HRT. All the weight I put on went to the right places. Although sometimes I get insecure about that little bit of fat above the hips ???

But no I didn't do any exercises at all, it's just how it happened. My sister says she noticed I had a femme shape before I started HRT, cuz I used to wear tight clothes (welll, I was a gay boy, so I haad to), so I guess a lot of it is natural, but I think hormones helped

What April said, just wow. I would love to measure up after I start on HRT but given the diverse proportions of the women in my family I'm not sure how likely that would be. You've given me more motivation to lose what weight I have now.

You obviously have a nice figure. It's svelte. But what I really want to know is where'd ya get the dress? It's so cute. There should eb a fashion section here just for images of fashion. Anyhoo, Are you using tape or anything on your cleavage or are you just naturally like that. If so, wow. I have a pretty trim, svelte shape but cleavage just aint happening...yet. I'm hoping the prometrium helps.

To be young again.

Nope, no tape, just put my arms together a bit lool. My boobs aren't huge but they're perky, so I guess the cleavage just comes naturally. But thanks!

One mo question: didn't you just have a pixie? I guess you got extensions? How much did they cost cause I'm thinking of it. But I need laser, microdermabrasion if the Retin-A doesn't help, and a nose job (but I might be able to get that for free cause it's been broken and I have a deviated septum. It's actually not big and used to be cute but now when I smiles it points down and so I never smile unless my FWB makes me laugh, which he does alot.

Yeah, I got my extensions on eBay a bit ago. I got 10 pc, 20 inches from Minihouse8888 and the quality was surprisingly good. They were $60 for 1 set, but you might wana get 2. I had to dye, layer and kinda curl them so they blend tho. Not perfect but good enough, there's a video tutorial on extensions for shorter hair.

I dunno what that other stuff is, but I'm sure you're just worrying too much..just ask your FWB ;)

Abby, you are just so naturally feminine.  Even when you tried to get back into boy mode, it really did not work.

Your body just likes estrogen.  I think you are a beautiful young lady.

Wow me too! I also had a feminine shape and was underweight prehrt. I was about 120 at 5'10 when I finally started hrt. I've been gradually gaining weight since and just like you its gone straight to the right areas. My breast growth has been very gradual and still growing at 2 years of hrt so far..Regarding the fat above the hips, I've learned to embrace it  ;D since I've never weighed this much in my life. Interesting to see someone else with similar results. Estrogen is amazing  ^-^

Cute dress!!

I am way jealous of your figure and cleavage I am pre hrt but starting at 41 I'm not sure if I will get results that good, I should have started 20 years ago.

I love that dress it's soooo cute.

I, too, am very jealous of the wonderful female body shape in the pictures. I am middle aged now and didn't start HRT until three months ago. Before that I was taking pueraria mirifica herb for breast enhancement. I am at a full B cup now, but hoping to get to a C cup in the future. I am overweight, so hard to tell if the rest of the body will follow in the feminine shape. I hope to lose the weight. I am concerned that I will lose some measurement of the boobs in doing that, though.

Stunning- just take a moment and think that these wonderful feminine features where in your dna all along, every day of your existence... sad times, hard times... right there.  They where  just switched off by androgens.  These features where with you your whole life... and now they get to come out and blossom.

I cannot wait to see what a few years will bring out!

I may not have years left, but whatever time I do have, I am going for it, for the exception of the expensive surgeries that complete the job. Maybe I would if I won the lottery. I can't even afford to play the lottery! It is all going for the HRT. Bras are expensive, too!

Online shopping is much cheaper if you dont mind wearing a general size.

I truly find it amazing how hrt can totally change someones appearance's.

Hi, Natallie!

Yes, with online shopping it should be cheaper. I will check out the prices. Thanks.
As far as HRT, yes, I have seen remarkable results of before and after pictures of people on it. I have been on it for over three months now and have three more months to go to find out if my body will forever be in "estrogenland!" I am hoping that my body temperature is suitable for it, as I am trying hard to keep the temperature between 98.2 and 98.7. Am doing it much of the time with L-tyrosine and kelp. I have ordered adrenal caps in case it is another problem keeping me from a normal body temperature.

Michelle, wow, hun, you really have a knock out body! Sure wish mine looked like that! My boobs are getting larger, however, and seem to be getting some growing pains to indicate further growth. It has taken a very long time to reach a large B cup, but started with herbs (PM). Now with B.O., fourth month now. Am looking forward to larger hips and slimmer waist. I know, takes time!

The one thing I remember about my biological Mom (she died when I was 6) is that she wasn't very big in the breast department. Since I've inherited many of her other physical traits I don't have much hope for average sized breasts let alone larger ones. If I'm lucky I'll make it into a small B cup but I think I'm looking at an A no matter how long on hrt. Oh mine are growing (I have growing pains believe me) and have gotten a little fuller and rounding out nicely even with my short time on hrt but I'm still not big enough for a bra yet (unless I pad it a little). I would love to have nice full breasts but I know it's way to early yet. I just fear if I take after my biological Mom I'm not going to be that big. ;)

You look great GF. It's so smart to start estrogen as soon as possible so your body can improve.

If you are a young girl or woman that reads this please no not delay in stopping all t stuff from going into your body & replacing with nice estrogen.

I'm in my mid 50's & some nice changes have happened & I look nuch better each day however I should have found a way to stay on HRT when I was in my late teen's or early 20's.

I second this opinion sooooo much. I'm 49 and will be 50 this Halloween but oh how I wish I would have started my transformation much earlier. My only consolation is I'm xxy so I've had feminine features all my life. My extra X chromasone must have held the T in check a little all these years, for which I thank God for each and every day. ;)

Allyda, That is so nice to read. Great for you GF.

HRT feels just great as you know, it's so much more normal. I'm sure glad for you that there was not too much bad t stuff.

For me I'm trying my best however that's all I can do. I have some nice feminine features, small feet, small hands, 5' 9", nice face, voice is feminine & always has been/passable. But several others like hair in the wrong places & not enough on the top of my head just gives me fits!!  All I can do is take my HRT & relax, work in my garden, enjoy life as best I can.  :)

Francis I had what the Dermatologist called a "feminine hair loss pattern" (I still have my hairline, but lost hair in patches on the top left side of my head), while I never went completely bald in those places I was down to about 25% of hair left. But hrt?, hrt has began to rethicken those areas plus the hair on my entire head, and I have new growth in those areas. While I don't suspect I'll get all 100% back as this had been happening for some time (10 years) and I can't tell you how many times I cried myself to sleep over it. The Doctor I had at the time wouldn't help me -not even with finasteride. He just kept ordering blood test after blood test until I felt like a pin cushion trying to find a cause. I finally got fed up and got another Doctor and started my hrt and within 3 days the hair loss stopped dead in it's tracks. I knew then that my body had been starving for estrogen and such for all it's life, and as I got older the evil DHT got the upper hand a little. The Avodart stopped it though, and I'm now getting my hair back and also, it's growing longer again like it used to -very fast mind you too. My hrt has done wonders for me in the short time I've been on it and I have more energy, my mind's at rest, I look forward to each day, and I feel like I'm 30 again (20 years younger!).

So just hang in there girl, your hrt just might hold a few suprises for you in the hair department yet. I've even known a few girls who were worse off than I ever was who regained alot of lost hair after starting hrt. It did take a little time though, but it can happen. And you have all my prayers that it will.

Me I hate my nose -it's too big for my small face, lol!, and the scars on my face from an aircraft accident I suffered in 91. I have hope though for I've saw more than a few noses shrink from hrt in the before and after threads. ;)

Allyda,

Thanks for your good news on your hair. I hope so that it can grow thick & long for you. Thick hair is so beautiful.

I'm so sorry about your accident & scars. I have a small one on my face from long ago. Have you tried any plastic surgery? I've had several minor procedures done & over time you can hardly even tell there were problems.

It's nice to talk with you GF. You sound like a great person & nice woman with a very kind heart.

They were worse. I've had some surgery done which pushed what you can see further back on my face just before my ear. My hair is long so it covers them some too -unless I put it in a pony. I see my Endo tomorrow and I'm going to see if he can recommend somebody. The longer I'm on hrt the more self concious I'm becoming about them. My voice is an issue too. Being older I fear only VFS will fix it. I'm a work in progress, lol! ;)

I wish you & all GF's only the best. I've had this struggle since junior high. I was a girl inside from the first grade forward & really hated every minute I developed into a male.

My best to you. On your voice??? Lots of women have rough voices. That may not be something you can change??

Good luck GF.

It sure would be nice if HRT really helped. Just read a cosmo facebook post about big breasts & problems. Some woman has 42DD's, lost from 200 pounds to down 140 pounds yet bra size stayed the same. Lucky cis women.

They don't feel tender and a little sore to the tough? Mine began feeling sensitive after only 1 month. And now if I even brush up against something accidentally my girls let me know it immediately. My breast aren't very large by no means, and my biological mom had a small chest, but mine are filling out and becoming round looking more feminine.

Alot depends on dosages and your genes. You should talk to your Endochronologist. Also, two months of hrt isn't that long. It just may take you a little more time.

Oh WOW lucky you!  I am soooo jealous.

I am pleased at my breast development over the years, but I think that I used the wrong term of what I am on. I am on Bovine Ovary, but I now think it is different than HRT (Hormone Replacement Therapy). The Bovine converts the testosterone to estrogen. I hope that the spiro will arrive soon for my testosterone blocker. I am on the saw palmetto thing right now. I am very happy to be on my way to female curves. I don't care what anyone in the every day crowd thinks. It isn't that I will be flaunting my body on the beach or anything. Just the privacy of my own home.

Bovine Ovary, Never heard of that one. Bovine means cow. Are you saying your taking cow hormones? If this is so aren't you concerned about safety?

Bovine Ovary (B.O.) is very common for the trans community. I would say over half the people in some other forums are on it for the breast enhancement and other feminine features. The rest on HRT and herbal. So, I am surprised you haven't heard of it. I take the Swanson's raw ovarian glandular, which is the B.O. It is safe, as it only uses the safest cattle to guard against mad cow and other diseases. Many who are transitioning are using this method and having great results with it. It is reported to be permanent after six months, but I think that it depends on different factors like body temperature (98.2-98.7), testosterone blockers, protein intake, etc. It is best to take the dosages with milk thistle just in case of the liver not being able to handle it for a long period of time. Milk thistle is praised by the medical association, proven to help the liver greatly.
