Someone is starting to advertise for this technique in a group i am in - seems like some transwomen here have used this with some success to do facial feminization - but I am very worried about the risks - injecting liquid silicone into the skin seems like a bad idea. Does anyone know about this and if I should warn people of it?

My! A piggy nose and piggy cheeks as a result!
She looked normal and pretty in the before pic....
I think too that she did not to have anything done but if that is what she wanted - piggy nose and such - well... :( - But it was not about this special case - some others are now considering this who have less feminine faces. I think this is not the best idea even if it is used in a better way than in the video...
And what is going to happen a few years down the road when the body breaks down the silicone? I've heard enough horror stories about injections in the butt or breasts, but OMG, the face could be a horrible disaster.
Leslie Ash, here in the UK, had a "botched" procedure whereby she had silicone implanted into her lips instead of Collagen.

Make of that what you will.
