I'm as white as a sheet right now and have been getting progressively whiter all winter. Is this an HRT effect or evidence that I'm becoming a morlock? :-\

Heh no clue, I would love to know as well before I start HRT.
I wouldn't mind looking like this morlock ...

Jeebus, I hope not. If I were any paler I would be translucent.
::riff from "Immigrant Song"::
Hope that happens
I do have really white skin
but Id love it to get even more white
It makes your skin thinner, which can make it look paler, depending on your complexion to start with. :)
made mine softer, and im still the same colour :)

I thought it generally did make the skin more translucent although that would be the result from it becoming thinner. This seems to be happening to me - not whiter exactly, but certainly different.
it gave me some really cool stretch marks, much more female, :)
Depends. Before I can tell you, I must first ask a question.
Have you been bitten by any vampire bats recently?

No, just some creepy pale guy in the alley out back. Why?
Certainly becoming more translucent. More sensitive to sun exposure so I stay away from it. I am getting pale... I do not think the E has caused it too much.
Males in general tend to be more colorful, so there may be a slight paleness that comes from E.
All I know is I am getting all kinds of freckles.
I am much paler than before...probably because my skin is thinner... but what really matter is: I am loving it this way! All my family have really white skin and before HRT I was the point out of the curve.
Don't sweat it, you're still loved.... ;)

Thanks. :)
I needed that. My skin had gone from pale to bright red.
My skin is softer, thinner and more translucent. I wear long sleeve shirts to work because scars are more pronounce. I have a lot of scars on my arms and legs. When I tan the scars are very pronounce. I think the scars are much whiter.
It made mine paler.
Translucent, eh? How many months til I look like this? >:-)

I like yours better! ;)
I don't know if it's the winter weather but my skin has become lighter since starting hormone injections in November of 2013.... Especially my hands :-\
I don't think hormones should make u pale, usually paleness means you're sick with something, if it doesn't improve I would go back to the dr to find out why since I don't think that is normal, but I could be wrong
I don't know , but this guy I know kept following me around starbucks a couple of days ago saying how pale I looked.
I doubt hormones make skin paler, but I would love it if it made mine paler.
If I get any more pale, I'll be transparent lol
I read that across all ethnic groups, women are usually shades paler than men. It apparently always holds true. So, paleness can be viewed as female secondary characteristic. Not secondary sexual characteristic, though there are plenty 'o freaks out there. It might. I don't know. I'm pretty pale in general so I doubt I'd notice.
