Hi!
I had SRS in November with Dr. Chettawut, while the sensation and depth are good the looks, in my opinion, are anything but.
Now I knew full well the good and bad sides of his reputation and am ok with what I have got, it isn't what I hoped for but better than what I had before :)
For those who would like to see what one result from Dr. Chettawuts surgery can look like I will post these links (warning, they are graphic and not safe for work!)

What are your specific complaints?
It has good sensation and depth, just not the best physical form. There is no inner labia formed, there is no clitoral hood, the left side has a crease that was meant to dealinate the outer and inner labia, the right side does not, the outer labia does not extend past the vaginas hole.
To me, with my limited experience, it looks like what surgeries routinely created a few decades ago.
I am not saying it is a disaster but it isn't that pleasing :)
Does Chett have a revision policy? Was your SRS intended to be one-step rather than two-steps?
(vaginoplasty first, then labiaplasty?)
I stayed in Thailand for a month and he never said anything about a two step procedure! So I hope it wasn't meant to be and noone told me! :)
As I said I accepted the result, just trying to give others who are planning their SRS some independent information about possible results.
There are a lot of good sides too, the stay was great, I hardly had any pain after surgery and healed really well, everyone was really nice.
Were both pictures you? I think the two-step is very rare. Used to be standard.
Both are me yes, I am pretty sure it was a one step procedure.
YAY for this being my first post! ;D
I'm very glad and excited to see a recent post about Dr. Chet's work! I've really been considering him for the last 2 years. I was going to go with him in 2012 when I saved up the money, but got cold feet. Maybe it was for the best considering now I'm doing a lot more research and finding out a lot more. How many months post op are you if you don't mind me asking?

your partners will love the appearence, it's a very good result and it will look even better in a few months
If your not pleased at one year post op you can elect to go back k and have cosmetic really is in surgery at no cost as Chettawut has a lifetime satisfaction guarantee, true it would cost you the air fair and hotel but if you didn't get to explore a bit when you were there could do so on the trip for revision if you so decide.
On another note I just saw the pics and have to ask how far along are you? It appears maybe 6 to 8 week.? If so it's far to soon to condemn your aesthetics, I have seen a couple gg's that would love to have an appearance as that, keep in mine not all gg have the same appearance or pork star looks either.
Hi! I had my surgery November 11th 2013.
I am not saying Dr. Chettawut is a bad surgeon, every operation is different, every result different, I am just saying that my result (maybe only for now) isn't very 'realistic' when compared to the real thing(aesthetically only, I have no problem at all with feeling or depth, my first orgasm happened during a "wet" dream while still in thailand ( and my orgasms are still wet :) )and I have had an easy time getting off ever since, I even have a lot of feeling inside (pressure and slightly texture, nothing erotic so far :) ). Unfortunately my pelvis seems quite small and I have real trouble with stent number 3 (and I can probably forget about stent no 4) so I am not sure intercourse will work.
Feeling was my main concern and that is why I have an easy time accepting the aesthetics, but everyone should have some pictures to see what they may experience after surgery, Dr. Chettawut only has a few pictures on his website.
p.s.
pork star?
Erm.. ;)
Dumb auto correct on my note lol, meant "porn star" don't worry so much about the size, I actually started out size 0 and left Thailand just barely doing number 1, it's now almost a year and I am using the soul source dilators and am currently on the "big bad orange" and that one alone and it makes 4 look small, the only thing I bother with the original set is to check depth and I'm a Lil of 6 deep so all is well, but what I am trying to say is keep at it and don't think oh I'll prob never, you will be surprised by 6 or 7 months, trust me on this. And girl I was so scared during those first couple weeks in Thailand I never thought I'd be able to get to #4. Then after 2 or so months, I had a similar feeling to you as not being appealing that was until I had a sit together show and tell with some girlfriends that knew and well, they all were mad at me because well, mine looked better than theirs.. Seriously and these were genetic girls.... The final end all to my concerns was me meeting my boyfriend, and we'll he still doesn't know, and I'm not telling either.....
I said however if you still feel it's not exactly what you want it to look like, go back, he won't charge anything. : /

Sounds about the same as I got minus the lack of clitoral hooding (I have too much hooding). That is a limitation of one step surgery techniques that a lot of surgeons use especially at the posterior commissure because of the tissue stress during dilation right after vaginoplasty.
Looks completely gorgeous to me!
Vaginas come in all sizes and shapes. So you don't have a whole lot of inner labia? Who cares? Lots of girls don't. Feel free to go back for revisions if you're not happy with it. It's your body. But really I don't think you have anything to feel bad about. I know I'm jealous. I'd love to have one of those.

I have heard that, i almost decided on Dr Chett but decided for Supporn in the end and glad i did.
It always important to find a surgeon you can return to :)
I jump right in to the discussion been postop 4 days and just arrived back to the hotel. So, far the whole procedure has been a peace of a cake. I remember the oxygen mask and "take a deep breath" then I woke up dizzy as never before. Could not focus my eyes everything was just spinning around. I did vomit quite a bit on the first day but that's normal as what I've heard. But the most suprising for me is, I have absolute no pain so far. And the result was beyond my wildest dreams, no swelling at all due to his hard bandagepacking procedure. I am totally satisfied. The vagina looks exactly as my exgirlfriends in every detail.
Atheris, it still has a long way to go before it will settle into its final shape. A with all plastic surgery swelling in one area distorts the skin in another. It will be well over 6 months and possibly a whole year before it settles down completely. Calico is right, if you don't like it then just go back and have a revision. Before you do that however you should consider how important the no doubt minor revisions are at that time. Who the hell but you is going to look at it that critically. Certainly not a male. In fact most won't even look at it at all. I can recall my own recovery. The job looked really good at first in that you could see all the folds were in the right place and there was good definition between that Labia minora and majora. Then after a while it swelled until it looked more like a baboons backside. At 6 months it still looked a little too large and some areas appeared to have excess skin in others. I wrote to PAI at that time worried that the cosmetic outcome was going to be poor even though sensitivity and depth were great. They told me to wait (and they would have charged for the revision) by 9 months everything had settled down and it all looked pretty good at the year mark it was even better. Be warned though, no one has yet produced an SRS technique that can duplicate the delicate folds of skin around the clitoris of a natal female. On the whole our clitoris is going to be a little larger and the hooding wont quite be the same. None of that should be visible though unless you are digging around in there looking for faults and if you do that you are certain to find them.
Once you get get used to your new vagina you and you begin to feel that its always been a part of you (this can take well over a year) you will be better able to put these insecurities into perspective.
Hey,
thanks for all the kind words and help everyone!
I'll see how the looks change over the year, I don't think I have any swelling though, at least it doesn't feel swollen in any way.
I had no pain after the operation either, didn't need any of the pain medication they gave me! :)
Maybe I'll post a picture in 6 months or so for comparison!

Mine took over a year to settle and look natural, I never would of believed anyone saying that to me unless I experienced it myself but it took that long.
It is a much more invasive surgery then it is sometimes given credit.
Just wait and see, even my surgeon said the same.
So you're only basically four months now? Yeah, I'd give it more time. This is very invasive surgery. And a labiaplasty afterwards isn't that unusual if you want it. Even GGs get them.
I'll wait and see, though I don't think I really want another surgery ever again! :) I didn't have any pain but still, the recuperation and everything isn't something I'd look forward to another time.
Now I have a different problem though, since monday I have some nasty abdominal pain, during dilation when the stent hits 'the top' it hurts stingingly and if I walk or drive every footfall/shock sends pain into my abdomen. I can't figure out what is causing this, I wonder if I have some kind of inflammation or something, there is no blood, my worst fear was that it is a vaginal fistula but I have no symptoms besides pain.
I have a doctors appointment next wednesday, I hope it will get better till then and not worse :)
