Hi, Admins/Mods.. I have a couple questions I haven't been able to find the answers to..
First, I think there should be a new member setting to be able to PM only mods/admins for questions not found, and some of the help settings in the Donations, specifically email/PMing Site Admins or Mods is restricted.. but how are we to be able to get answers/problems fixed?
Specifically, clicking the Help button for the Donations page:

clicking that "Read this post" gets me this:

The tag under my name still says Visitor.. is that supposed to be right? I know there are features unlocked as post numbers, interacting with other members, goes up, but still puzzled at the Visitor tag..
Secondly.. I made a donation yesterday, got the paypal emailed receipt, 18hrs ago, but haven't seen the donator board updated, again, just wondering. And no, I'm not a problem member :) You can remove this msg after it's answered..

It seems that they have been having some issues with the donations showing up on the donor board thingy. And you have to let them know, which you pretty much have, when you make a donation so they can give you the donor badge and then I think you get access to some fancy smancy donor board.
Thanks Colleen, and Jaime.. I was looking at the post tally, and I am not the kind to just reply to anything to build it up, I was just thinking that newbies should be able to pm Admins only, to get an answer.
I didn't know abt the donor leaderboard thingy being a bit buggy now.. I just want to make sure that it was received ok.. I am very grateful that the name for the account is something very benign, I was worried about that, and then shocked when I realized the payment had no option for a charge acct. I was panicking that the family would see where it really went, but was somewhat relieved when I saw the name for it was non-descript.. whew.. :embarrassed:

I guess I will join in ,I made a donation on Feb 14 for valentines day and it still has not been posted.Yes they have issues with the donations board and they are ongoing.

Thanks Pat.. I guess part of it is working, as the Donator bar is up.. just not the total under the Donations.. eh.. 'long as it registered somewhere..

I have to confess, I considered making an [anonymous] donation until I got the same sort of error message on the "read this post" link. I'm one of those people who likes to research the details on things. :)
