I just saw a video in which Dr. Crane gives a lot of good information about how a phalloplasty nerve hook-up works, but noticed it hardly has any views. I'm passing it along so that hopefully someone here will find it useful and it will be easier for others to find in the future.

Ah yes I saw that video a few months ago and was surprised at the lack of views, and the video was hard to come by. I like what I see from him. Dr. Crane is a guy I'm certainly keping my eye on when it comes to bottom surgery.
This is so helpful!
Thanks for posting this.
My surgeon did nerve work during the 2nd stage of my phallo procedure, and even he didn't explain things half as good as this guy did!
It is so amazing what they can do medically these days. Ive been impressed.
What Dr Crane said about it taking time for the nerves to rejoin, I have noticed how true this is. I would say that it took maybe 6+ months for me to feel the sensation improving, and a couple months after that for the sensations to feel more pleasant, rather than just weird :p
Ya, his website is very informative. I have a consult with him in July for a phallo, I really like his results. Here is his website page:

Definitely let us know how it goes! I'm looking into him for phallo as well. I am, however, in the very early stages of figuring it all out.
Great video!
