I'm in the process of scheduling rhinoplasty for May. At that point, I will have been on hrt for 21 months. The problems I see with my nose are ones that hrt will not improve much. But is 21 months long enough to know?
In my opinion 21 months on a full regimen or thereabouts is more than enough time to know how HRT will affect your nose cartilage. From experience, choose your surgeon carefully because that's an easy one to screw up!
Jane, i found another topic about the nose and hrt.

Hope this helps you out.
Thanks. You girls are awesome. Mindy, the surgeon I found is in Cleveland. He does not do FFS, but he has a stellar reputation for rhinoplasty.
The unfortunate thing is that I've been hit with a steep income tax bill and I'm going to have to postpone. So, so sad.

Aww, that sucks. Well, you look great in any case. Thanks for the reference!
I think your nose does not change after 21 months on the hrt.
