Title: Confusion from my doctors
Post by: ToniB on March 13, 2014, 09:55:29 AM
I went to see my GP about low labedo erectile disfunction and lack of sperm in my ejeculate + significant breast growth  .She sent me off to get a hormone test done .bear in mind I have been taking eostrogen for 4 months .I rang up the surgery today to find out the results and was told they came back "normal " bear in mind also I am diabetic and had a HB1c done as well and no comment on that .So I am now very confused as to what they reguard as "normal"

The doctor should at least tell you what the HbA1C level is for sure.  You really need that to treat your diabetes.  Other than that I have found getting hard and fast test reults is pretty hit or miss.  When I see my GP he will let me look at the computer output with all the results and explain them.  With my Endo, not so much - often all I get is "normal" as well.

I hope they tell you the real numbers!
