Lately I've been cooking scrambled eggs (I really don't cook so I barely know how to) and have been experimenting with things to put in them. Typically when I'm cooking eggs, my "base" ingredients are cheese, lemon pepper, onion power, milk in them. However, I have put chilli power, polutry seasoning, and orange juice in them, on top of the other stuff.
I'm just curious to see what other people put in their scrambled eggs. Perhaps I can get some ideas.
Cheddar cheese, cream cheese and mushrooms together with the eggies. YUM.
Cheese, milk, pepper, ham. The ham is really good.
I like adding some vegetables -- onions, chopped up peppers, diced tomatoes, and even asparagus.
I also really enjoy scrambling my eggs with kimchi.
Kimchi, now theres an idea!
Especially for french toast but works well with omelets and just plain scrambled eggs is a dash of vanilla extract.
Another thing that is good is curry, especially with ham.
Ketchup! ;D
...orange juice?
Blue cheese. Just remember if your not use to the flavor a little goes a long way
Interesting ideas everyone- A hint of cream cheese and some ham sounds tasty in eggs. Added a bit of my Whey protein shake in with my last bach.
Bacon, jack and cheddar cheese, avocado, tomato, potato, bell pepper and sauteed onions are all things I like with eggs. I also sometimes put Cholula, Tabasco or Green Tabasco on them.
Did you know "Scrambled Eggs" was the working title of the Beatles' "Yesterday"?
