that issue of the onion is very bad, Rhonda. i'm bookmarking it. ;)
"The Onion" for those who don't know is a spoof newspaper, it is absolutely not to be taken seriously, and the only thing in it that isn't a joke is the classifieds and advertisement. They are just trying to be funny and like so many in the comedy business sometimes they don't know where to draw the line or are in too big of a hurry to meet their weekly deadline they can't be more careful. The city where it's published is very liberal as I'm sure are most of the writers. I live in the city where it's published and would be very surprised if there weren't any LBGT people working at the paper.
Um, yeah, people; remember, there are things to be laughed at in this world. Let's not go all PC-crazy on one of the most intelligent, hilarious spoof papers since National Lampoon. Rhonda, I'm sure, was laughing because it's a cleverly-written article. Good stuff. Quit taking offense, folks, at things that mean no harm!

Understood. I didn't know.
The problem is Jonie, is that this is the sort of behavior that I would expect from many people who call themselves 'christian'.
That is the sort of typical [seemingly] mindset which I would expect.
It sure got me laughing, though.
Interesting and funny Rhonda,
Got me thinking though, as the Telia felina can not be anything else but what it is and has been created like (or is it adaptation, or may be evolution?). Is that like us?
I'm being a bit philosophical today, lol.

Thanx again, my brother.
I sure wish that you could hold me in your strong arms, right now.

I'd love to see what the Onion would do with the X-tian Right denouncing the sea horse!

Rhonda,
This guy is a nut case and if he is truly a Christian, he needs to re evaluate what he thinks God had intended. And just simply accept God's creation for what it is.

The article, given the fatuousness which we have seen them capable of, had credibility.
That it also was well written reinforced that perception, for me.
But I am very glad that I was educated about the real essence of "The Onion".
