Title: Nipple Stretching?
Post by: Kreuzfidel on March 22, 2014, 12:36:51 AM
Hi, guys.  So this is NOT happening to me (yet), but it was something that's worrying me a bit since I've started back working out.  I'm using micropore on my incisions, but the nipples aren't covered at all - so I was wondering if they're likely to stretch at all working out and, if so, how can I prevent that from happening?

Any advice or tips would be great.

Interesting.  I haven't heard of this.  I do hear that our nipples change into more of an oval shape, but that is just supposed to happen.  But, I have never heard of nipple stretching.

That's good then.  I honestly haven't heard of it either, but I was just thinking that if the incision scars can stretch - surely the nipples could, too, especially the graft.  If it's uncommon, then I certainly won't be worrying too much!
