Been experimenting a little. I still think my hair is a bit too short, but I think I made a kinda-feminine hairstyle. I think I'll stick with a wig for a bit longer. It's also not the best picture, but I though I'd share.

So what about you all? Any experimental hairstyles?
That's not bad. With your face shape, you will benefit from a longer style with some volume on the sides, I think. You'll get there soon enough. You might want to try wearing this look now and then rather than doing the wig thing. It's not easy to wear a wig without it looking wiggy, for sure (though a lot of wig wearers don't realize that). Actually, you could probably wear some temporary extensions with this length, if you wanted. That's just a thought.

It looks cute! Honestly.
My hair is right at shoulder length and I'm still not satisfied so I usually just keep it pulled back in a bun and let my bangs do what they will. It's fuss free and cute enough for me to be happy with for now.
Good luck on your hair growth journey!
:D
Straighten it. Those little flips are not good for you. You're going to need to let it grow a little more before you can do what I'd suggest.

Yeah, I thought it was OK, but not quite right yet. I've thought about extensions, but they're currently out of my budget range.

Yeah, it's still a little short to straigten. I've been growing it out for almost a year straight without having anything sharp even near my hair; mom had it buzzed off early May of last year, and, unfortunately, there was nothing I could do about that. I'd like to have a good 12 inches to work with, but that would mean waiting another year.
