So, I want a deep voice, some extra hair and a masculine face, but I'm concerned about health.
Is it possible to stop T after I get what I want? I don't want T for the rest of my life and get cancer in my final years. Sure, I will have top surgery but no, I won't have bottom surgery due to the pain and the unnatural penis. Yes, I can survive a few day of the month too.
So, can I stop T after 1 - 2 years of using it?
Of course you can stop taking testosterone whenever you want to. I would consult a doctor when you wanted to get off of it though. I've heard of people being weaned off instead of just stopping cold turkey.
Your voice and hair should stay the same but your face will definitely not be masculine (aside from the hair that you do end up growing, I think). Testosterone won't change the bones or cartilage in your face, just the fat... And that will revert.

It will also enlargen your pores and roughen your skin texture a little bit permanently, but not that much.
I have heard reports of voices that became a little less deep after the guy stopped T. Don't know how true the stories are.
T is supposed to thicken bone and cartilage somewhat, but I think that takes a long time. But I would think that the change would be irreversible once it does happen. Facial fat and muscle will revert to their original form.
I'm not sure where you want the hair. Face? Body? Head? Facial hair usually takes time. Body hair took less time for me. I lost head hair; I have a receding hairline, which is normal for a guy my age, and the hair in front is thinning. I can't tell whether I'm balding. The jury's still out. But if you start T and stay on it for a couple of years, be prepared for some hair loss or at least a different hairline.
Also, don't forget that your junk is likely to grow. Some guys get dramatic growth of a couple of inches or more.
