Title: vaginectomy question
Post by: yaka on April 26, 2014, 06:50:31 AM
Does it remove the g-spot? since it is part of the urethral sponge if I'm not mistaken? do guys who've had it and receive and felt g-spot stimulation preop feel any pleasure like it after surgery (anally)?

The vaginectomy or colpectomy is an operation where they remove all of the vagina tissue i would say yes the remove it. Most of the time this operation is part of a phalloplasty (Uz Belgium)

The 'g-spot' (not everyone has that) is deep in the vagina tissue. Since they MUST remove all vagina tissue to close the hole (if they don't remove all the vagina tissue or not good enough it can lead to big complications) so  your g-spot is gone too yes. They can't close the 'hole' if there is still vagina tissue ...

If your colpectomy is part of a phalloplasty with uretral lengting iam possitive that the g-spot is remove.

I would assume that any anal pleasure you may have now would be the same after surgery.  Not sure why it would change?

Yeah this is old, but I just went to Philly and went to a whole 2 session thing on lower surgeries. You still would have a Skene gland.

Really? That's awesome. Do they have a writeup or notes on the session somewhere?

No, I plan to do a video (or two) on what I learned. Obviously since there were some "show and tells" I can't really talk about these except in the most general way possible. I'll post here when I'm finished.
