I know it can't really be spot reduced unless I underwent liposuction.
I'm still trying to see what HRT will contribute to this equation. Anyone with fat under the chin see a post HRT improvement?
Yes, but it was mainly because I lost weight. I don't think HRT really contributed much.
Yes i did lipo last year but surgeon told me that couldnt take out as much as i wanted too , so many nerves & jugular vein there , kinda dangerous
I would bet that you'd get far better results by doing exercises that target the chin area than from HRT. One I particularly like is the pullover. I know it's mainly a chest exercise, but when done right it really targets the chin area well. See an explanation on Renee Reyes' site where she goes over exercise tips for transgender women (http://www.reneereyes.com/Crossdress%20Survival%20Guide/Crossdresser%20Transformation/Crossdresser%20Exercise%20Tips/index.html).
Actively pressing your tongue to the roof of your mouth may help a little bit to make it look smaller, just experiment in front of a mirror and you'll get what I mean.
Plastic surgery. I'm having a face & neck lift with upper eye lid work done on June 10th. They make an incesion under the chin & remove some of the fat as advised.
It's a shame that lots of talking doesn't do the trick. You'd think it would work out the jaw muscles something fierce.

I tried that. It did not work for me.

that makes me more hungry & eat more .. & gain more chin fat :'( LOL
a little bit of under chin and neck fat hides the adam's apple better and actually feminizes the neck for those of us who will never have thin necks, it is a bit of luck that it does.
My suspicions are confirmed, can't be spot reduced unless lipo'd.
Jaw exercises won't change it either (like doing 1 thousand ab crunches wont make the fat go away there either) Only full body cardio and overall fat loss.
I'd just hate to see my cheeks thin out.
Exercise/weight loss. You can also try some of the skin tightening, anti-stretchmark lotions out there like palmers on your neck.
