Option 10: Other - I'll explain
Option 11: Not concerned with this stuff. Just want to see results.
Option 12: Weight issues (too heavy, too thin, etc)
Okay, this is for non trans stuff (other than MPB issues).
Which of these are you concerned with most?
I think my weight would be my primary concern because when dressing female, I prefer form fitting clothes.
Currently, its my baldness coming back. I'm not bald in the back again, but it seems like its thinning so I'm going back strong on minoxidil and need to get back on spiro too probably.
I do worry about wrinkles a little, but not enough to remember to use creams on my face everyday or whatever. I just mostly need to quit smoking to help that the most.

Ok, I added weight. You can change your vote if you want. :)
My nose, if that's an acceptable choice. I hate it. I feel like my face could pass as female if it wasn't for that horrible beak. Wish I could rip it off my face. This is by far the number one non trans thing for me.
Other than that, I would say my shoulders and upper arms make me feel really sad, though I could reduce it's appearance by losing some upper arm fat. It creates an illusion of bigger shoulders than what's really there.
These are all pretty much equal to me:
Loose skin on belly (needs tummy tuck), saggy butt, cellulite, kerratosis (red bumps all over my upper arms and shoulders), ridiculously fat thighs, scars, stretch marks absolutely everyhwere, pores on my face. ;-; hair coarseness as well, just its natural texture which j fight a lot against. oh, and my teeth which are crowded and got ground down because of an irregular bite and have stains on them. :(
Oh, also my hairline at the back of my neck is very wild..l I worry about it a lot lately since my stylist mentioned I had so much hair around there.
So overall probably skin.. unfortunately most of it is damage already done...
my tummy won't go away . I think I eat too big of proportions.
I struggle with combination skin, so I get dry skin and breakouts. It's kinda about finding that balance in skin care...less is more for sure!
Then I have scars from cutting and then stretch marks in places. Otherwise not much from your list to complain about.
From the list:
#1 concern is MPB but I am working on it.
#2 is wrinkles (not bad but I just want smooth skin)
#3 Is some sagging skin in my yummy area. ( I lost a lot of weight 20 LBM to go)
Yeah I hear the skin issues. I wash my face twice a day still looks disgusting on one side. :-\
I chose weight though really wish I had more fat on my lower half.
I have all these lol just decided on the one I had more. :P
i have seb-derm/psoriasis on my face since i started HRT years ago .. it never go and so annoying/irritating :'(
and it appears on my face only, whenever the weather is too hot/cold, i am stressed/depressed, not enough sleep .. and whenever i eat shellfish,prawns/crabs,etc & Spicy food which I love :(
It's either weight or scars. I have acne scars which I hate, track marks from drug use (I know I'm disgusting but they've been fading [I used clean needles, so yeah]), but stretch marks don't really bother me since their mainly on my inner thighs, though they're really big, my BF has mentioned them and the skin is so thin not to mention they haven't faded since they started when I was like in my teens and are still purplish. I'm actually surprised they don't bother me more.
Then, there's my weight. I can't gain any. I'm under 120 lbs most days and I know I'd look better if I could get back to 125 lbs or 130. But, that seems unobtainable given my frame size.
I obssess over my appearance though and constantly apply makeup, like lip gloss, I did get this MAC glass creamsheen in delight a light pink color so yeah, but yesterday my BF nearly smacked my mirror away cause I kept fussing with it.
I put weight since it's something I can do something about my eating more which I have done but then will stop and not eat for days and only drink gallons of water. The water really helps my skin though. I don't have acne anymore so that's a huge plus....+++++++
It's really important to me to have a slim waist.
I have been told that I have a very defined brow line >:(. While it apparently works well for me as a male, I don't want to be a male and in my mind it gets bigger and bigger as I think more about transitioning. At this point, I feel like I have the browline of an ape. :'(
My hair thinning is probably my top concern. Aside from that, I have somewhat broad shoulders and a very small gut that's just big enough to annoy me.
This was tough for me, male pattern baldness was a very close second but I went with Acne. I can be perfectly clear for a couple days then BAM! I break out. I can't make it a week with clear skin and I have tried all sorts of things. The worst is when I can feel it coming :( I also have some fairly significant scarring. I didn't quite realize how bad it was until I shaved off my beard :icon_yikes:
I have three I'm more obsessed with above anything else.
My nose, in profile I think it looks like Lois Griffin's from Family Guy.
My cheeks, I wish they were plumper.
And my pores! Would rip my skin off and start fresh if I could!
Not started hrt at this point but hoping it relieves my feelings on the last two. And maybe if my cheeks get fleshy enough my nose won't look so bad! Ahh vanity!
Georgia.
I don't really have wrinkles (though by all rights I should) but I want to prevent them lol.
It's a combination ( don't start singing "it's the Combo Mombo" or I might yank your plug out)
Right now my big concern it is to end up with smooth facial skin, and all the beard hairs gone forever.
Doing 4 to 6 hours a month of Electrolysis [limited by my work schedule and budget]
Many Items on the list
Weight issues (too heavy, etc)
Wrinkles/wrinkle prevention/treatment (I'm over 35)
Vein/varicose issues
Male pattern baldness issues
Cindi...
For me, it is simply the non-functioning body and lack of fur.
For now, I've voted weight as it's the easiest on my list for me to change. It's not costly, it just requires me to stay dedicated to a healthy diet and exercise.
As for the issues that bother me the most though, I'd probably rank them as follows:
1. Hair - It's thin, or probably more correct, ultra fine and has little body to it. I also have a somewhat receded hairline--I'm about a Norwood 2. Probably only going to fix this with a hairline advancement and/or implants. I'd like to think HRT is going to help, but I really doubt it. My hairline has been this way for a very long time.
2. Bone structure - Can't do much about it though (rib cage, shoulders, lack of hips). As for my face, yeah, I'll probably get FFS if I can ever afford it. My brow bones really need taken care of. May get some cheek implants or fillers too.
3. Beard - Been getting electro to take care of it. But sessions have been limited due to budget.
4. Black circles under my eyes. God I feel like I'm a Sith lord some days with how bad my circles get.
5. Skin: wrinkles - Number 11 frown lines, crows feet
6. Weight - I'm not overweight anymore, but would still like to bring it down to about 140 lbs (currently 170). I still have some belly fat and love handles that are very stubborn about going away.
7. Skin: tone - I'm pasty, almost sickly white. I can't just go outside and tan in the sun though as I have vitiligo on my hands and around my eyes. A tan brings it out big time, so I have to stay pasty white to keep it hidden. I can do spray tanning, but that gets expensive and doesn't last long.
8. Skin: Scars - I have a few acne scars and razor bumps that really bother me.
9. Skin: Dryness - Lots of dry patches. I use coconut oil, but sometimes my morning routine doesn't give me enough time to moisturize my whole body.
10. Lack of feminine curves. Ranked down because I'm not too concerned yet. I still need to give HRT time to work as I'm only 2 months in.
