went to my first session as fully myself today. wow, I'd highly recommend it for everyone wanting to be the other gender. I had a beautiful time talking about life and experiencing female to female interaction . it's such a complete experience getting totally away from presenting as male. I more than ever want to never put on a piece of male clothing again.
Good for you! What a huge step!
I'm glad it went well.
Congrats!

it's getting pretty close . I need to buy some more outfits and I need a few nice dresses ,but it sure is close. I really do hate the thought of wearing male clothes .
That's wonderful. Sounds like you need to set a date. :)

yea, the key is out and proud. freedom feels so much better.
Congrats! :D
I found my first time to be an incredible relief. I anguished for weeks with Pro/Con lists. Plenty of cons, not so much pro. Yet adding in an appropriate weighting factor the pros won out. Then came the heads up to the therapist.
It was remarkable how the weight of so much guilt and shame got lifted by daring to take that step. A step out into the sunshine. A step out into the real world as the real me. After that I went to the mall for a walkabout.

It is such a great feeling to finally feel your true self breathing fresh air.
I am so happy for you Stephanie!
I was real bashful about going out as me for months and months, but once I started, you know? People wanted to see me more. I get invited out. Crazy. And FUN.
