Today will be my second T shot! ;D My doctor didn't say anything about switching legs but I thought I read/saw somewhere that you should switch legs - one week on the left, next on the right. Does it matter?
Switching legs helps reduce the scar tissue build up in one leg. It seems to help pain wise for some. It wouldn't really matter except that it is a lifetime commitment and that is a lot of shots.
Def switch injection sites. I like having 4. Thighs and glutes. When I was just using thighs I noticed scar tissue pretty quick

It's a good idea, but I'm not that flexible. :icon_redface:
But my doc did say to use different areas of that "zone" on the thigh -- it's actually a pretty big area.
Thanks guys. I guess it's my right leg tonight then.
I forgot to say -- congratulations on starting T!!

Yes! I was so proud of myself after I did my first injection, 'cause I wasn't sure I'd be able to. Now it's easy.
But when you want something badly enough... :eusa_dance:
yeah I was told to cycle through injection spots
